Pengaruh total reward terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional , studi kasus: Kantor pusat direktorat jenderal pajak
This study discusses about total reward system in the head office of the General Directorat of Taxation (KPDJP) after bureaucratic reformation that have been implemented since 2002. Total reward system can affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment, at the and can also affect work productivity. This research use descriptive quantitative design. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of total rewards on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results stated that total rewards significantly affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, this study suggests the organization should thoroughly design the reward system to ensure that employees have high levels of job satisfaction and commitment to the organization.Ada tabel
