This research aims to analyze long term debt in affecting overinvestment of 98 manufacturing firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2001-2010. This study is using panel data which is random effect. The findings is long term debt affecting overinvestment by using approach capital expenditure but not significant.
