The achievement of rice self-sufficiency is highly dependent with rice production. This study tried to determine and analyze factors which affect Indonesian rice production. This study was conducted in a span of year 1972 ? 2011 and used ordinary least square method. This study found that Indonesian rice production is significantly affected by percentage of change in rice harvested area outside Java Island, producer price of rice one year lagged, and rice yield per unit of cultivated land.Ada tabel
