Evaluasi mekanisme tata kelola otoritas jasa keuangan berdasarkan teori dan Benchmark
This study attempts to evaluate the academic study of OJK plan in accordance with Law No. 21 of 2011 on the FSA to achieve its objectives based on the principles of good corporate governance, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness by theory and benchmark the various countries that have had prior supervisory agency of financial services. Act 21 of 2011 on the OJK will work if implemented properly by all elements in the Financial Services Authority in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance..
