Analisis penerapan lean six sigma dalam mengatasi kelebihan persediaan di PT XYZ Indonesia
This thesis discusses the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in solving over inventory at PT XYZ Indonesia through DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, and Control). The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and assess the performance of the Lean Six Sigma implementation at PT XYZ Indonesia in solving excess inventory. The expected output after using Lean Six Sigma are the amount of inventory will decline and inventory turnover will increase. Interview method was used to analyze and supported by the financial statements of PT XYZ Indonesia. Final measurement of the Lean Six Sigma implementation is PT XYZ Indonesia doesn?t achieve the expected output in the third year of implementation (2011). The inventory has increased rapidly so the inventory turnover has declined. PT XYZ Indonesia should revise the implementation of Lean Six Sigma every year and forecast amount of inventory to be ordered.Ada tabel
