Evaluasi sistem pengambilan keputusan dan sistem pengendalian manajemen pada Blue Bird Group
This study analyses the comprehensive implementation of decision making and management control systems at the Blue Bird Group, which is the largest transportation companies in Indonesia, with the aim to explain why the transport company that faces many threats may continue to grow amid the competition of other transportation companies. This study concludes that the Blue Bird Group has desicion making and management control systems perform very well so as to cope with various threats.Ada tabel
