Analisis determinan regional entry industri tekstil terhadap perekonomian Jawa Barat : tahun 2000-2006

The aim of this thesis was to determine whether the regional determinants that affect a firm's entry in the textile industry in West Java at the district level, and whether regional determinant effect on the growth of the economy in West Java. This study uses pooled least squares models to determine the regional determinants of entry and random effect models for regional economic growth. The results showed that the company's decision to entry in the textile industry in West Java at the district level was significantly positively affected by population size, per capita income growth, minimal labor ratio of high school graduates, the average scale or size of the company and the level of agglomeration economies. Then West Java GDP growth is significantly affected by the ratio of firm entry in the textile industry in West Java at the district level. With a supporting factor is the ratio of the minimum employment of high school graduates.Ada tabel
