Analisis anggaran sebagai alat bantu penerapan akuntabilitas publik dan transparansi dalam kaitannya dengan good public governance : studi kasus : APBN tahun 2012 di Kementerian Kesehatan RI
This research aims to study the governmental budget as a tool for implementing public accountability and transparency in relation to the implementation of Good Public Governance. The theories used include public governance and public accountability. This research is descriptive qualitative and data collection is done by interviewing people involved in public budgets. The analysis is done on every stage of the budget cycle, from planning to reporting. The results show that the budget cycle at the Ministry of Health RI has fulfilled the aspects of accountability. This research also concludes that budgets can be used as a tool for implementing public accountability and transparency in relation to Good Public Governance.Ada tabel
