Pengaruh konsentrasi kepemilikan keluarga dan institusi keuangan terhadap asimetri informasi denang pengungkapan sukarela sebagai variabel pemoderasi
This research examines the effect of ownership concentration categorized into family and financial institution ownership concentration with information asymmetry and the effect of voluntary disclosure to the relationship between family and financial institution ownership concentration with information asymmetry. The population used are all manufactur companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2009-2011. Samples amounted 201 observations are selected using purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The result not proved that ownership concentration effects information asymmetry. If tested use categorize of ownership concentration, the result indicate that family ownership concentration decreases information asymmetry while financial institution ownership concentration increases information asymmetry. Further, the result proved that voluntary disclosure decreases information asymmetry. However, the result not proved that voluntary disclosure has significant effect on relationship between family and financial institution ownership concentration with information asymmetry.Ada tabel
