Pengaruh good corporate governance dan jenis kepemilikan terhadap tingkat efisiensi bank
This research purposed to understand the influence of good corporate governance and ownership type on bank efficiency. Bank efficiency is measured using data envelopment analysis method, with input orientation and using constant return to scale concept. Input used to determine the efficiency is third party funds, other operating income, and interest expense, while net total loans and interest income are used to be the outputs. Corporate governance scores done based on the scoring criterias by Mahdan (2010). Hypothesis testing is using panel data with random effect regression. The data of this research is 148 firm years of listed bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2008-2012. This research shown, that good corporate governance and ownership gives positive influence on bank efficiency. On the other side, bank with private ownership has higher efficiency than bank with government ownership.Ada tabel
