Analisis pengaruh situs web orientasi pelanggan dan kualitas situs web terhadap niat pembelian : peran dari kepribadian situs web : studi kasus : zalora.co.id

This research discusses the effects of web site customer orientation and web site quality on purchase intention. Further, The influence of personality dimensions on the web site customer orientation and web site quality will be also considered. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL program 8.54 has been used to precess the data. The results showed that the dimensional Genuineness, Solidity, Sophisticated, and web site quality significantly affect web site customer orientation. In addition, the dimensions which have a significant effect on the web site quality are Genuineness, Solidity, Sophisticated, and Unpleasant. Furthermore based on the results of standard solution obtained that the web site customer orientation has stronger influence on purchase intentions of zalora?s site visitors. Therefore, the way to increase purchase intent of zalora?s site visitors is through improving the website to be more customer-oriented through the factors that influence it.Ada tabel
