Analisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap ketertarikan seseorang untuk melamar dengan dimoderasi oleh jenis kelamin kandidat pelamar

This study analyzes the impact of organizational culture towards applicant?s attraction which is moderated by gender. The object studied is the bachelordegree students from batch of 2010, 2009, and 2008, who are still currently taking classes in Faculty of Economics in University of Indonesia. This study uses quasiexperiment method to collect the data needed, with two posters of job vacancy from two different organizations representing two different organizational culture and questionnaires to know the applicant?s attraction. The data are analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The result of this study shows that the gender does not moderate the impact of organizational culture towards the applicant?s attraction.Ada tabel
