This research investigate the relationship between online channel performance expectancy, product risk and facilitating conditions. Online channel performance expectancy consist of usefulness and enjoyment, facilitating conditions consist of internet usage at home and internet usage at work. This research participated by 105 respondents. Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 18.0 has been used to process the data. The result shows that enjoyment have a positive effect on online purchase intensity.Ada tabel
