Analisis pengaruh tipe kepemilikan terhadap perilaku bank dalam menanggapi perubahan suku bunga BI pada sektor perbankan Indonesia periode 2006-2009

This research aims to analyze the impact of bank ownership towards bank behavior in response to BI Rate Change in Indonesia during 2006-2009 periods. The purpose is to investigate the effectiveness of bank lending channel in the transmission mechanism of monetary policy by Bank Indonesia and how bank ownership plays role in its behavior. This research finds that bank ownership affects to the bank behavior in response to BI Rate Change. Relative to the private bank, the state-owned bank tends to insensitive against BI Rate Change, while the city commercial bank (BPD) is more sensitive. Bank credit disbursal policy is affected by bank capitalization, liquidity, profitability, size, and also the demand factor in market that measured by industry growth.Ada tabel
