This internship report discusses the ability of administrators to manage craft centers Rumah Pintar Dharma Vidya effectively based on four aspects: institutional and organizational, production, marketing and financial aspect. This research specializes in training activities for teenagers and mothers. This study is a qualitative research design with SWOT analysis and descriptive statistics.
