Analisis interaksi antarkota domestik melalui pendekatan pengangkutan udara : penerapan model gravitasi
This study analyzes the characteristics of the domestic intercity interaction of Indonesia?s passenger and cargo air transport in 2008-2011. By using the gravity model approach, it is found that there are positive correlations between the intensity of intercity air transportation with Gross Domestic Regional Product, population, economic structure and interaction between the hubs. It is also shown that there is an inverse relationship of distance as a proxy inhibitor for interaction. The influence of several major cities provides different results in each estimation. Segregated analysis were done for interaction in western region, eastern region and between the two regions in Indonesia. The analysis provides clear evidence of unique characteristics for each region.Ada tabel
