Analisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pada akuntan publik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja

This study analyzed the influence of workload on public accountants? turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction and job stress. This study was conducted on 141 auditors of public accounting firms in Jakarta. This study using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results also showed a significant positive influence between workload on turnover intention which mediated by job satisfaction and job stress. Implications for public accounting firm?s management is adding allowances for overtime and/or hiring the public accountants who are able to cope with high workload. Can also hold some events or serve any facilities which can reduce the stress experienced by public accountants.Ada tabel
