Analisa penerapan program kemitraan & bina lingkungan : studi kasus PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. tahun 2009-2011
Implementation of CSR activities on BUMN is mandatory, as set in Permen BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007. This study aims to analyze the distribution procedures of PKBL, PKBL distribution effectiveness, and financial reporting. The analytical methods used in this study is a qualitative method, which primary and secondary data analysis are based on the laws and regulations standards. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is PKBL adoption procedure has been established according to Permen BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007. Meanwhile, PK performance as measured by the effectiveness of fund distribution and collectability of loan receivable is relatively low. BL fund distribution also has a low level of effectiveness. Low level of lending collectability is due to Bank Mandiri?s tendency to lend its fund to high risk business. In the other hand the ineffectiveness of PKBL fund distribution is because the bank is too focused on a particular field. However, in terms of financial reporting CSR, Bank Mandiri complies to the applicable standards.Ada tabel
