Analisis pengelolaan dan pengendalian persediaan usaha kecil menengah : studi kasus Toko Sinamar
This study analyzes the internal control and inventory management over Sinamar store which is still in manual system. The purpose of this study is to understand the internal control condition of inventory and how to manage it due to efficiency improvement. This thesis is qualitative descriptive. The results, by which majority of the data collected from deep interview, shows that Sinamar needs to improve its internal control due to several lack. Procedure in determining amount of inventory carried should be resolved as well. According to EOQ model, Sinamar might be able to reduce the carrying cost of inventory. The model could be applied only if Sinamar could maintain the accurate information about inventory, which is done by computerizing its manual system. Results from benefit cost analysis through quantitative and qualitative shows that system computerization should be done.Ada tabel
