Pengaruh struktur kepemilikan perusahaan yang tergabung pada grup afiliasi terhadap nilai perusahaan

The objective of this research is to examine empirically the effect of ownership structure which has relation to group affiliation to firm value, and the role effectiveness of board of commisioners and audit committee. The effectiveness of board of commisioners and audit committee is measured based on Hermawan (2009). The research samples are firms in manufacturing industry from 2008- 2012. This research give evidence that the group aflliation has significant negative effect on firm value. Then the effectiveness of board of commissioners and audit committee strengthen (increase) the negative effect of group affiliation on firm value.Ada tabel
