This study aims to assess the quality of governance in environmental NGO which also acts as donor or grant making organization. Observed aspects are vision and mission, organizational structure and decision making, leadership and regeneration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, human resource, code of ethics, internal control, accountability and transparency, and legitimacy. The case study was performed using KEHATI Foundation as sample. The outcome of the study indicates that the quality of governance in Yayasan KEHATI is quite good except in leadership and regeneration aspects.Ada tabel
