Taksonomi sistem tata kelola perusahaan : studi kasus negara anggota ASEAN
This research tried to analyze the corporate governance system of each ASEAN member country and ASEAN as a whole. The corporate governance system will be explained using some characteristics used in Weimer and Pape?s (1998) study. This research found that ownership in ASEAN is highly concentrated. The importance of stock markets in ASEAN countries are more varied between low/medium levels. The activity of external market of corporate control is also relatively low. ASEAN?s corporate governance is network-oriented with longterm horizon of economic relationship. In addition, the usage of performancedependent compensation for executives is in trend now.Ada tabel
