Analisis penerapan pengendalian internal pada organisasi nirlaba : studi kasus di Yayasan ABC
The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of internal control implementation on ABC Foundation. The ABC Foundation is a philantropicbased foundation that was founded in 2001 which focus on social activities concerning on poverty eradication through education empowerment, and enhancement of quality of lives. The funding of the ABC Foundation comes from single-family founder which also act as the chairman of the foundation. This is a case study involving primary data from interviews and secondary data from other resources. This study uses descriptive analysis as research method. This study compares the level of effectiveness between the policies and its internal control implementation in ABC Foundation toward COSO internal control framework which published in 2013 and related government regulations. The analysis using 77 checklist point in COSO internal control evaluation template. The analysis shows that 66 out of of the 77 checklist points (85.7%) of internal control policies in ABC Foundation are existed and suitable to COSO guidelines. For the implementation aspect, 66 out of 77 checklist points (85.7%) and internal implementation are following the ABC Foundation internal policies and 5 attribute points (6.5 %) are tentatively implemented which means the implementation is not based on the written policies.Ada tabel
