Pengaruh kepemimpinan paternalistik terhadap kepuasan kerja : studi kasus perusahaan YYY
This study attempts to find whether paternalistic leadership has a signifcant influence towards jobs satisfaction. The object of this study is YYY company, a prominent construction company in Indonesia. Using regression and general linear model, we found that benevolent leadership has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction and 4 of its dimensions, which are promotion, contingent reward, work and communication satisfaction. Furthermore, authoritarian leadership has a negatif and significant effect to 2 dimensions of job satisfaction, operating procedures and work satisfaction. Lastly, moral leadership has no significant effect to job satisfaction.Ada tabel
