Penerapan technology acceptance model dalam menjelaskan penolakan karyawan terhadap implementasi sistem informasi sumber daya manusia
This study tries to examine what factors affect employee resistance to the implementation of the Human Resources Information System and effect of that resistance to turnover intention. Analyses were performed using data obtained through questionnaires, and processed using SEM analysis method. This study concludes that employee perception to the system and the positive impact of system changes negatively related to resistance on HRIS implementation, while the negative impact of system changes do not affect the resistance. This study also concluded that the rejection of the HRIS implementation does not affect employee turnover intention.Ada tabel
