Pengaruh reward, lingkungan kerja dan manajemen karir terhadap retensi karyawan di PT Batan Teknologi (Persero)
The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of reward, work environment and career management on employee retention in PT Batan Teknologi (Persero) which has nuclear technology business. Data was collected from 40 permanent employee with purposive sampling method. Multiple linier regression was used to analyze the data. The result shows that reward has insignificant positive relationship with employee retention. On the other hand, work environment and career management have significant positive relationship with employee retention in PT Batan Teknologi (Persero).Ada tabel
