Kepuasan pelanggan pada LCC di Indonesia

This study is about customer satisfaction in using Indonesia LCC, by assessing the service quality, and also the effect of that customer satisfaction to behavioral intention of Indonesia LCC customer. Using SEM to process the data, the research found that Indonesia LCC customers are satisfied with the service quality. But researcher recommended to Indonesia LCC to make a program that increases customer loyalty, such as frequent flyer program.Ada tabel
