Analisis persediaan produk buah segar pada gerai ritel : studi kasus Giant Ekstra Margo City Depok

This research discusses the inventory of fresh fruit products in Giant Ekstra Margo City Depok. This research was conducted with case study design to apply Bai and Kendall (2005) model. There are five selected fresh fruit sampled studies represent some of the characteristics of fresh fruit products are sold at outlet. The purpose of this study was to answer two main decision variables in the inventory of fresh fruit products that is the ordering and display quantity. The results of the research, which is still a local optimum, conclude that the ordering and display quantity from the model give higher profit than quantity from current policy of Giant Ekstra Margo City Depok.Ada tabel
