Analisis penerapan levers of control framework pada perusahaan BUMN : studi kasus pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
The aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze management control systems using levers of control framework at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia. Using the descriptive method this research aims to explain why telecommunication company which faces many threats can be survive and very profitable. This research concludes that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. has had very good management control systems so that it can overcome various threats.Ada tabel
