Perancangan balanced scorecard pada koperasi Paguyuban Nazhir Masjid Selong di Kecamatan Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur NTB
This research discusses the design of the Balanced Scorecard at Koperasi Paguyuban Nazhir Waqaf Masjid Selong in the district of Selong East Lombok NTB. The design of the existing performance measurement system used is less relevant to the current business environment. This research is conduct to review the strengths and weaknesses of the cooperative in facing competitors among nonbank financial services, the relevance or not the vision and mission set by the cooperative, to design strategy maps and balanced scorecard. The research is conduct using five-force analysis of competitive model, SWOT analysis, strategy maps, and balanced scorecard. The results of this research are the influence of external and internal environment of cooperative, relevancy with the vision and mission of the cooperative operations, strategy maps and balanced scorecard Koperasi Paguyuban Nazhir Waqaf Masjid Selong.Ada tabel
