Dampak partisipasi anggaran, komitmen organisasi, dan keterlibatan pekerjaan terhadap kesenjangan anggaran
This study aims to determine the effects of simultaneous and partial influence of budget slack at cooperatives in Palu city. This study was conducted for cooperative that located at Palu City and still run well as amount 57 cooperatives. The type of data used in this study is secondary data and primary data. Primary data obtained from techniques of observation, interviews abd questioner. Secondary data obtained from financial report of cooperative, articles and literature. Further, analysis of the data is using path analysis. Result of the tests is show that simultaneously test (F-test), have effect the significant of budget participating variable (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and job involvement (X3) that influenced significany toward budget slack (Y) at cooperative job involvement (X3) that influenced significant toward budget slack (Y) at cooperative in Palu City. The partially test (t-test) organizational commitment (X2) and job involvement (X3) that influenced significant toward budget slack (Y) at cooperative in Palu City. Whereas budget participating (XI) not significant toward Y variable. Total influences of budget participating toward budget slack is 6.9 % and work engagement toward budget slack as much 24,6 % and work enggagement toward budget slack as much13,8 %. The dominat effect toward budget slck is organization al commitment at cooperative in Palu City. .
