Analisis Perbandingan Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Pemerintah dengan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Berdasarkan Risk, Governance, Earnings, dan Capital
The Purpose of this study was know about how the comparison between state-owned banks and national private foreign exchange banks are, seen by their soundness. Bank is a financial institution that has an important role in economy performance. Accourding to Bank Indonesia regulation No : 13/1/PBI/2011, banks are required to asses their own soudness base on risk, governance, earnings, capital (REGC), objects in this study are three state-owned banks and 13 national Private Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the stock exchange in the period 2008-2012. The research method used in comparative descriptive. The result method that as it is seen by the NPL as credit risk factor, there is no significant difference. Seen by PDN as market risk factor, there is significant difference. Based on the proportion of independent board of commisioner as governance factor, there is significant difference. As it is seen by ROA as earnings factor, there is significant difference. Using CAR ratio as capital factor, there is no significant difference. Seen by average of each bank, State-owned bank has better soundness based on NPL, proportion of independen Board of Commisioner, and ROA.
