Pengaruh Pengendalian kualitas susu sapi terhadap keunggulan bersaing produk susu sapi pada peternak sapi perah di kecamatan Lembang dan Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat

This study was conducted to determine the effect of cow milk quality control on the competitive advantage of local cow milk. So the purpose of this reserach mapped a variety of problems is term of competitive advantage of cow's milk. By doing this research in District of Lembang and Parongpong subdistrict which enough of its society a cattle rancher, can give understanding in managing quality in order to gain competitive advantage in milk product of cow. Method used in reserach that is quantitative reserach with associate descriptive method. With a sample of 41 cattle rachers and using product moment rorrelation tool, to determine the effect of quality control varaibel to varaibel competitive advantage. The Results of reserach show that there is influence of quality control to the competitive advantage of dairy farmers, Thus, dairy farmers should pay attention to the quality of cow's milk, in order to gain competitive advantage..
