Evaluasi kesuksesan implementasi OM SPAN menggunakan model Delone dan McLean
This study discusses DeLone and McLean Model to measure of the implementation of Online Monitoring (OM) SPAN and factors that affect success. OM SPAN is a web-based application used to monitor the planning and execution of the State Budget (APBN). OM SPAN developed and managed by the Directorate General of Treasury. Users OM SPAN as many 50s of thousands scattered nationwide from all work units of the central government. The results of this study indicate the successful implementation of information systems OM SPAN at 83% level (?Very Success?). Based on the analysis, researchers found that the information quality, system quality, KATA KUNCI: and service quality simultaneously affect the user satisfaction of 44.1%. Furthermore, user IS Success Models, satisfaction affects the net benefit of users amounted to 63.7%. The study also found that the OM SPAN, system quality is the significant positive effect on user satisfaction. This needs to be considered by the organization for the development of OM SPAN in the .
