Dampak pendapatan dan harga pokok terhadap tingkat konsumsi rokok pada rumah tangga miskin di Indonesia
The study estimated the cigarette dynamic demand model specification in Indonesia by using Linear Aproximation Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/AIDS) model. The goal of using such model was to know the amount of cigarette consumption on poor household when the increase of income, the increase of cigarette price, and consumption of other goods was put on the back burner when there was an increase in cigarette prices. The analysis was applied on National Economic Social Survey of Panel in 2008-2010. The result of study shown that cigarette was categorized as normal goods. The demand of cigarette upon poor household was inelastic.
