Model transformasi Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia
This study aims to find the structure of BPK RI?s transformation program which is effective and implementative by using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology that is intended to find various key elements that are important for the success of BPK RI?s transformation program based on the five main factors. The data mining was done through FGD with 14 staffs of BPK who had been chosen because of their education background and work experiences. This study concludes that, firstly, the program structure of nine elements shows a good logical consistency and deserves to be accepted as the operational transformation model of BPK. Secondly, this model consists of three lever elements, those are needs, objectives, and activities. Thirdly, the key sub-elements that become power drivers of three lever elements have a close relationship between a sub-element with other sub elements. Leadership commitment to transformation becomes an absolute necessity for the implementation of BPK transformation. Without a strong commitment from the leadership, good governance processes and reliable IT systems as drivers of achieving other transformation goals will be difficult to achieve. Leadership commitment also needed in creating and moving in sustainable and integrated transformation-oriented activities. Particularly in the Leadership Development, Education and Training program, and Talent Management which will result in increasing leadership capacity of BPK leaders..
