Pengaruh Direksi Perempuan dan Modal Intelektual Terhadap Performa Perusahaan: Pada Perusahaan yang Tercatat Pada Indeks Kompas 100 Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019
This study was conducted to see the effect of the presence of female directors and intellectual capital on the performance of companies listed on the Kompas 100 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange because they have a large level of liquidity and market capitalization. There are 80 companies used with the research period being five years (2015-2019) so they are classified as panel data. By using the Random Effect Model method, the results of this study indicate that female directors have a positive relationship with company performance, but not significant. This study also found that intellectual capital has a positive influence on company performance with the physical capital component having the largest coefficient. This indicates that large Indonesian companies still rely a lot on tangible assets to support their company's performance compared to intangible assets. The regression results of female directors and human capital were found to be negative and significant, this explains that if there is an increase in the aspect of spending on workers including directors in the form of salaries, this will reduce the value added provided by human capital and cause a decrease in company performance..Ada Tabel
