Evaluasi Kerangka Proses Seleksi Startup oleh PT Ventura (laporan Magang)
This internship report discusses the evaluation of the suitability of the theory of industry and company evaluation methods with the company selection practice applied by PT Ventura to the assessed startups. The scope of the discussion is about understanding the industry analysis strategy, identifying the company's development stage, evaluating a framework of elements that are important in evaluating a startup business model, and assessing the elements that determine startup defensibility. The author evaluates by comparing the theory that has been studied in the Strategic Management and Organizational Performance and Business Analysis and Valuation courses, with the author's experience during an internship at a startup feasibility study conducted by PT Ventura. The evaluation shows that the industrial and company evaluation method carried out by PT Ventura has the same essence as the theory in the evaluation framework. However, PT Ventura's methods and framework are more specific to short-term investment goals and startup business models. From the student's point of view, this evaluation shows that each existing theory needs to be adapted to the needs of the organization and the development of the existing business model.Ada Tabel
