Pengaruh Modal Sosial, Spiritual, Manusia, Fisik, dan Finansial terhadap Kesejahteraan Subjektif Individu (Studi Indonesian Family Life Survey 5)
The Easterlin Paradox, discovered by Richard Easterlin in 1974, has led to many kinds of research on subjective well-being in recent decades. This paradox shows that welfare cannot always be related to material aspects. Some researchers try to solve this paradox by examining what factors can affect subjective well-being. This study aims to determine how the effect of social, spiritual, human, physical, and financial capital on individual subjective well-being using data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey 5. With the inclusion of the five capitals in this study, the researcher tries to complement the existing research while at the same time comparing whether non-material capitals have more effects on subjective well-being or vice versa. To process the data of this study, the researcher used the ordered logit method with various related analyzes. The result of this study indicates that non-material capitals such as social, spiritual, and human capital have more effects on subjective well-being than material capitals such as physical and financial capital. This study reinforces previous research that welfare cannot only be measured by material aspects. In the future, this research can be a reference for the government in setting policies, measuring well-being, or making indexes that involve more non-material factors such as social, spiritual, and human capital..Ada Tabel
