Analisis faktor pendorong kinerja keuangan perusahaan takaful umum
The main purpose of the research to reveal the determinant factors that can affect the financial performance of general takaful companies in five countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The results show that the general takaful company's financial performance is influenced by equity return, company size and retakaful dependence. There is a positive relationship between the company's financial performance and the size of the company, while a negative relationship occurs in the equity return and retakaful dependence. This finding provides information that general takaful companies should focus on increasing company assets if they want better company financial performance. In addition, this study also explains the importance of companies in choosing the right type of capital market instruments and companies so that companies are not in a big risk that will result in a decline in the company's performance and profitability. The study also found that interest rate, gross domestic product, liquidity and gross contribution rate were not related to the financial performance of general takaful companies..Ada Tabel
