Evaluasi Prosedur Formulasi Strategi oleh KAP ABC terhadap PT DEF (Laporan Magang)

This internship report discusses the evaluation of strategy formulation procedure conducted by KAP ABC towards PT DEF. PT DEF is a State-Owned Enterprise that provides, regulates, and manages certain transportation services in Indonesia. In this engagement with PT DEF, KAP ABC is responsible for adjusting the company’s strategic initiatives within its RJPP for the period of 2020 until 2024, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The procedures performed and subject to evaluation in this report are internal and external analysis of PT DEF and risk analysis method implemented by KAP ABC. The author evaluates by comparing the evaluation framework, which is the frameworks used by KAP ABC in the PT DEF project and the theory that has been studied by the author in Strategy and Organization Performance Management course, against the author’s experience during the internship in the PT DEF project at KAP ABC. The evaluation indicates that the procedures carried out by KAP ABC are in accordance with the theory in the evaluation framework. KAP ABC has an approach that has been adapted to the characteristics of PT DEF as a client and the type of project. From a student’s point of view, the result of the evaluation shows that every theory that exists and has been studied during university may need to be adjusted to the situation and conditions encountered.
