Since it was inaugurated in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), inclusive education has become a priority for every country, including Indonesia. However, six years after it was inaugurated, the inclusiveness of Indonesian education is still far from optimal (Kemendikbud., 2019). Using district/municipality data for the provinces of Papua and West Papua and processed using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), this study will look at the efficiency level of local government spending in increasing education participation in the districts/cities of Papua and West Papua. The study results show that, on average, local governments have lost the technical efficiency of regional education spending by 21% to increase educational inclusiveness in all regions..Ada Tabel
