Pengaruh Person-Job Fit, Person-Organization Fit, Perceived Supervisor Support dan Thriving terhadap Keinginan Pengunduran Diri dengan kepuasaan kerja sebagai mediasi.

Business developments in the world are growing rapidly and have an impact on human resources. Companies nowdays have to obtain and manage human resources in order to make a good contribution to the company, so that they can compete in the business world. The level of employee turnover intention in the company is the one who represent the company's quality values, therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the level of employee turnover intention, such as person-job fit, person-organization fit, perceived supervisor support, and job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 158 private employees in the financial industry of DKI Jakarta using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method for data processing. In this study we find out that there is a significant relationship between Person-Job Fit and Turnover Intention, but there is insignificant relationship between Person-Organization Fit, Perceived Supervisor Support, Thriving and Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention..Ada Tabel
