Evaluasi atas Proses Pengajuan Permohonan Peninjauan Kembali yang Dilakukan TBZ Indonesia atas Sengketa Pajak Penghasilan PT NCT (Laporan Magang)
This report discusses the evaluation of the Judicial Review request submission process by TBZ Indonesia regarding PT NCT’s income tax dispute. The scope of this report consists of administrative procedures such as the preparation of documents for submitting the Judicial Review request. The evaluation is carried out based on a comparison between the practices by TBZ Indonesia and the applicable tax laws and regulations. Based on the evaluation, the Judicial Review request submission process by TBZ Indonesia regarding the PT NCT income tax dispute has been appropriate.
