Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesediaan Membayar Produk Konsumen Muslim Terhadap Makanan Restoran Berlogo Halal di Indonesia: Studi Kasus pada Yoshinoya Dan Shabu Hachi

This study aims to see what influences Muslim consumers in their willingness to pay for halal restaurant food products from Japan. This study also wants to see a comparison of the significance of this influence between Original Japanese restaurants and Japanese-style restaurants. This study is a replication of the research of Parvin Hosseini et al. (2020) which aims to analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay of Muslim consumers for Japanese fast food in Indonesia with a case study of Yoshinoya and Shabu Hachi. In the research model that was formed, muslim consumers' willingness to pay for Yoshinoya and Shabu Hachi products is influenced by seven variables, namely animal slaughter, Country of Origin, Storage and Transportation, Halal Logo, Price Consciousness, Food Quality, and Religious Commitment. This research is quantitative and was carried out using the Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling method. Respondents for the Yoshinoya research are 211 Indonesian Muslim citizens who live in the territory of Indonesia while the respondents for the Shabu Hachi research are 64 Indonesian Muslim citizens who live in the territory of Indonesia, then both data is processed using SPSS22 and SmartPLS3.0. The results showed that the halal logo and religious commitment have a positive influence on the willingness to pay of Muslim consumers for Yoshinoya products in Indonesia. As for comparison, there is no variable that has a positive influence on the willingness to pay of Muslim consumers on Shabu Hachi products in Indonesia..Ada Tabel
