Manajemen Performa melalui Atribut Individu Karyawan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan pada Perusahaan Startup di Indonesia
Technological developments and the COVID-19 pandemic are driving the transition of people's shopping through e-commerce. As a result, a specialized workforce who understands technological developments is needed. Therefore, employees must always be able to develop to deal with rapid changes. Companies can also help with this development by providing training on employee attributes. This study aims to analyze the relationship between performance management and employee attributes and its relationship to employee engagement. The employee attribute variable has several constructs naming social orientation, self-regulation, analytical thinking, extroversion, conscientiousness, assertiveness, and leadership. The sample used in this research is the citizen of Indonesia that is born within the year 1981 to the year 2000 that has worked for a minimum of one year in an e-commerce startup and has an undergraduate degree. The purposive sampling technique is used to collect the data in this research with a total of 262 respondents and analyzed with the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The research shows that leadership as a construct of the variable of employee attribute has the most influence on the employee engagement in a company. The research also shows that social orientation, self-regulation, analytical thinking, extroversion, and systems thinking as a positive and significant factor to employee engagement..Ada Tabel
