The internship program can be a recruitment and selection strategy that can provide facilities in recording the ability of prospective employees to manage their daily work tasks. This study aims to determine whether the practice of Human Resources, the suitability of individuals for the organization and their work will affect the intention of interns to join the organization on a regular basis. This study used Lisrel's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with 185 respondents who had at least one month's internship in the Greater Jakarta area. The results showed that HR practices, individual fit for the organization had an influence on participants' intentions to join regularly, but it was different with individual fit for work which did not affect the intention..Ada Tabel
