Determinan Intensi Donatur dan Pengaruhnya pada Customer Citizenship Behavior dalam Layanan Donasi Digital di Indonesia

Muhammad, Makarim - ; Rahmatina Awaliah Kasri, S.E., MIDEC., M.B.A., Ph.D. (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ;

The World Giving Index reports that Indonesia is the most generous country in the world, generosity is not only shown by donations in the form of money but also donations in the form of time and assistance. This is very much felt during the pandemic and is in line with the trend of digital donations in Indonesia. However, existing studies usually only analyze the behavior of donating in the form of money. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that determine the intention of using digital donation services including the tendency to donating time in form of helping others (known as customer citizenship behavior or CCB) in Indonesia. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 model as a theory that explains the acceptance of technology and a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This study managed to collect 298 respondents from all over Indonesia. The results showed that the main factors that determine reparticipation intention in using digital donation services are performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, trust, and habit. Other factors, namely effort expectancy, social influence, price value, hedonic motivation, and religiosity do not have significant influence on the reparticipation intention. Reparticipation Intention, on the other hand, has a positive influence on customer citizenship behavior. The results of this study are expected to enrich the literature and provide recommendations to the donation platform. Practical implication of this study is that the donation platform can improve service effectiveness and efficiency, technical and organizational infrastructure, and the level of donor trust towards donation platform and donation campaign in order to maintain donors Reparticipation Intention. In addition, the results of this study are expected to enrich the literature in the realm of digital philanthropy and provide recommendation for the government in developing policies related to digital philanthropy in Indonesia..Ada Tabel
