Analisis Sistem Antrian Pada Pendaftaran Pasien dengan Menggunakan Simulasi Arena
Hospitals are the main means of improving the health status of the community, so that the services provided must be maximized in order to create satisfaction and health equality for the whole community. This study discusses health services at RSUD dr. Adjidarmo when a patient registers or registers at an outpatient installation using the queuing system method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the queuing system implemented by the hospital and determine the average waiting time of patients who will register or register for outpatient so that it can improve of the service to patients by reducing the waiting time. The results of this study indicate that by increasing the number of servers or clerks at the insurance patient registration counter and eliminating the online registration call process, it will reduce the total average waiting time for patients so as to create an average waiting time equality between insurance patients and general patients..Ada Tabel
