Analisis Perspektif Konsumen dalam Balanced Scorecard pada PT. XYZ Indonesia (Laporan Magang)
This internship report contains discussions regarding the evaluation of the suitability between the theory of the Balanced Scorecard for the customer perspective and monitoring the company's strategy with the real practice carried out by PT. XYZ Indonesia especially for the Sales division. The scope of the discussion will cover the evaluation of the consumer approach strategy carried out by the company, strategy analysis from the main indicators of the consumer perspective, as well as recommendations for initiatives that can be implemented by the company. The author evaluates the sales strategy that has been carried out by analyzing the previous sales performance using several important benchmark indicators, which have been studied in the Cost Accounting and Strategy and Organizational Performance Management courses, as well as several other relevant references. Based on the analysis conducted, the authors found that the strategic practice implemented by PT. XYZ Indonesia is in accordance with the theories in the evaluation framework. However, in several sales channels, this strategy cannot be said to be optimal due to the lack of implementation adjustments based on the characteristics and consumer personas of each sales channel. The results of this analysis resulted in a series of recommendations that could be considered by PT. XYZ Indonesia and is used as a reference for the implementation of the next strategy for all product categories in several main sales channels..Ada Tabel
